organizations ("Event Sponsors") and to streamline your registration for those events through this website (an "Event").

Event. Personal information is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. This personal
information may be shared with the Event Sponsors for the particular Event for which a registration is completed and

information Redwood Creek may collect and how we may use it.

When you create a User ID for this website or register for an Event we may collect a variety of information, including
your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, credit card information, emergency contact
information, parental contact information, and medical information.
Redwood Creek collects credit card numbers and related information, such as the expiration date of the card ("Credit
Card Information") when an individual registers/pays for an Event. When the Credit Card Information is submitted to
Redwood Creek, such information is encrypted as discussed below.

The personal information we collect will be transmitted to the Event Sponsor of an Event you have registered to attend
which may be used by such Event Sponsor in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
We also use personal information to help us develop, deliver, and improve our services and content.
From time to time, an Event Sponsor may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications
about purchases, Events, and changes to terms, conditions, and policies. If you do not want to receive such notices, you
may opt out at anytime by updating your account information and removing your email address.
We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve
Redwood Creek’s services and content.
Redwood Creek will use the Credit Card Information for purposes of processing and completing payment for an Event,
refunds and the Credit Card Information will be disclosed to third parties only as necessary to complete such payment
transaction.

For site maintenance, optimization, security and other legally permissible purposes, Redwood Creek (or third party
servers) may collect certain information about website visitors automatically. Such information may include such
visitors’ IP address, browser type, date, time and duration of visit and particular pages viewed, and such other

or outside your country of residence, for Redwood Creek to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose
information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public
